This website is owned and operated by Chary’s Jewellery.
By using our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
All product images shown on the website are for representation purposes.
Actual product colour, weight, and appearance may slightly vary due to lighting or handcrafting processes.
Jewellery weights may differ by ±5% due to polishing and finishing.
Prices include making charges and applicable GST.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
You will receive order confirmation via email/SMS.

3.3 Pricing
Prices may change without notice based on gold rates, making charges, and design changes.
Once an order is placed, the price is locked for that order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery time usually ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on your location and product type.
High-value jewellery may require verification before dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.
5. Exchange Policy
Charys Jewellery follows a strict exchange-only policy.
No refunds are provided under any circumstance.
You are eligible for exchange if:
Product is damaged upon delivery
Wrong item is delivered
Size issue (rings, bangles, bracelets)
A proper full unboxing video (continuous, uncut) is provided
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Old gold exchange is available only through in-person visit, not online.

6. Cancellation Policy.
Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
7. Old Gold Exchange
Old gold can be exchanged only at our physical store.
Valuation is done based on purity testing and the live gold rate on that day.
This service is not available online.
8. Warranty
Stone settings (CZ, gemstones) come with a standard craftsmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, chemicals, or wear & tear.
9. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account:
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
You agree not to share or misuse your account.
Any unauthorized activity should be reported to us immediately.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Copy or misuse website content, images, or designs
Misrepresent identity or payment information
Attempt fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of exchange policy
Interfere with website security
Engage in unlawful transactions or use bots/scripts to access the site
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, product designs, content, graphics, and website layout are the intellectual property of Charys Jewellery.
Copying, modifying, or using without permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Charys Jewellery is not liable for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Loss or damage after delivery is completed
Inaccurate address provided by customer
Any indirect or consequential losses
Technical errors, website downtime, or payment gateway issues
Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
